We were torn about shipping our car from Hawaii to Pennsylvania because of the cost, and Cascade Vehicle Shipping was the most economical company we found. The customer service was great. Diane was courteous, very accessible via email and phone, kept us informed of the status of our vehicle during the process, and even called to follow up after delivery. The driver called us multiple times to keep us posted on the delivery time, and even arrived a little early. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again in the future.
