I had originally contracted with another carrier that failed to show and contact me on the promised date. Desperate to ship my car quickly... I live out of state and had flown home to specifically ship my car, I searched for a new carrier. One of my first calls was to Cascade, based on their long term, consistent ratings on this site. Malia answered the phone, providing me clear and accurate information. In the end, my car had never been picked up by a carrier because the pricing was too low. The previous carrier never explained to me how the system works and that when you have very specific shipping needs, like a specific pick-up window, you must price your "bid" appropriately. Malia used her expertise to evaluate the current market and made a bid recommendation to me. Within just a few hours, Malia returned my call with great news... my carrier would transport my car within my needed window.

In the end, I paid several hundred dollars more than previously contracted. However, I have doubts as to when and if my previous contract would ever be picked up... the price was just too low for the competitive route. Thus, if you want honesty and a realistic perspective, call Cascade. They have not yet shipped my car, but the fact that I have the carrier contact information as well as a confirm date in advance of the pickup... I am way ahead of my previous experience.
