I am a volunteer fire chief and I called Cascade Vehicle Shipping looking for someone to transport an ambulance for our department. Prior to calling Cascade, I had contacted several other organizations. I knew that transporting the ambulance was going to be somewhat different than a normal vehicle and was looking for someone who could help us in our rather unique situation. When I first spoke with Zanner at Cascade, I had the feeling from the conversation that I was speaking with an individual that knew what he was doing and really wanted to help. Throughout the process I was not disappointed.
Both Cascade and the people who actually transported the vehicle kept me informed of their progress from initial pickup to final delivery. There are many variables that affect the delivery schedule such as weather, mechanical breakdowns, and accidents that block highways and delay traffic, so an exact delivery time is very hard to predict. That is why it is so helpful to have an organization such as Cascade that works to keep you informed as to the progress of your vehicle.
Though Zanner was the individual that handled my particular situation, I also spoke with several other people at Cascade when Zanner was out of the office. All of the individuals I worked with at Cascade were First Class.
