This was our first time shipping a car and Diane made the process simple. It ran very smoothly. The pick up was very quick and the driver even completed the form and looked over the car before knocking on the door. All we had to do was give the keys and sign.
The driver was also very courteous at the drop off. The whole process was quick and painless.
