Iv'e never had such a bad experience. It's definitely a pain. NEVER NEVER do business with this company. They lied about every detail. I also believe they made up those good reviews.

At the beginning, Hector seemed nice and the quote price was decent. After I signed the paper, I was charged ($149) immidiately. Then I've never spoken with Hector. Sometimes they told me Hector left the company sometimes they tole me Hector was on another line. They are just liars!

Anyway, I had to call them up everyday and sometimes no one answered the phone. The pickup date was Aug 12. At that time I was on vacation and I still had to call them and worried about my car. After I got back (2 wks later), they told me they wanted extra $100 since they couldn't find a truck. One of the reasons I chose this company was Hector promised me they have a lot of trucks in California. They lied again. I really suspect the guy who asked for $100 was just Hector but he used another name. I just found this review page then and I realized that if I cancel the transaction, I will never get my deposit back.

After calling them everyday and signing another agreement for extra $100, they lied again. No one picked up my car on Aug 30th and they told they didn't know why. They gave me the third pickup date, Sep 6th. This time my car was finally picked up with almost one month delay.

The last thing was they told me to make the bank check payment to "Car Movers USA" but the truck driver couldn't take that check since they are seperate companies. I had to ask my friend come to pick me up and we went to ATM withdraw $650 cash. One person can't take that much money each day. It was Sunday so no banks were open. I had to borrow money from my friend and deposit the check back later.

That was my worst experience. I would never recommend "Car Movers USA" to anyone unless you don't care about your money and time!!
