DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAR MOVERS USA!!!! They are scam artists and crooks!
I contracted with them in good faith in August 2006 to ship a Dodge conversion van that I had purchased on Ebay. I paid them the required $135.00 deposit to arrange a transporter for the vehicle. The remainder of the shipping cost was to be paid to the transporter upon delivery. After several weeks of non-returned phone calls and non-performance in arranging a transporter for the vehicle, CAR MOVERS USA agreed to cancel the contract and refund my deposit. I then flew out to Maryland and drove the vehicle home myself. Of course CAR MOVERS USA failed to refund my deposit. I am still trying to collect it back from them through legal action one year later.
