DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! On Aug 9 I scheduled my car for pickup for Sep 12; put down $1000 deposit on my credit card. Sep 8 I called to confirm and everything was ok. Sep 12 I called because no one had come, nor had anyone called--I called and got excuses (driver is stuck at dealer because a car he was delivering was damaged)--anyone at Carr EVER HEAR ABOUT THIS THING CALLED A TELEPHONE?? IT'S REALLY EASY TO USE. Sep 13, nothing--except for one shouting match with one of the guys. Sep 14 (I fly out on Sep 15) nothing although I found out that the driver had canceled on Monday. Finally, I cancelled because I wasn't comfortable with them. They didn't call me, service (except for Cheryl) was absolutely shocking to me and evidently no one talks to each other there. It's Sep 20 and still no credit to my card. Just spoke with Cheryl (Sep 20) to see what's going on with my credit.
