We had arranged for a pick up window from Feb. 10th to Feb. 13th. I told Jam'e that I would like to have the car as close to the end date as possible, but that the 13th was the very last day available. A pick up was arranged for Feb. 13th but, due to severe weather that developed, the pick up on the 13th did not occur.

Jam'e was great about always returning my calls and e-mails. She worked tirelessly to get a driver out for my car. She arranged for an early morning pick up on Feb. 14th, just a few hours before I left for the airport (18 inches of snow on the ground).

The driver showed up at about 8:00 a.m. He was pleasant and professional. The $50 deposit was not charged until the car was picked up.

It was delivered 9 days later in California (severe winter weather was experienced throughout the midwest at that time). Our car was delivered in perfect condition. The full amount was not paid until the car was delivered.

Brown's Auto Transport was great! We have used another carrier before, however, we will be calling Brown's again.
