I never write reviews, here I go. First time having to ship a car, it’s so overwhelming, our son is in VA, we are in CA,, I called more than my share of shipping company’s, many I called, I never felt reassured, one company, called me back after I finally settled for one, midway threw our conversation the guy hung up on me... rude!, so, still feeling uneasy, I get a call from Book Ez Jeff Reznik, this broker, answered every question I had, reassured me to my fullest , so of course, I went with them! A few hours later he had our sons car assigned, on pick up day, the gentleman who picked up the car was just as professional and courteous ,and the dispatcher also very nice and helpful! Had a hiccup during transportation, and the driver called to let me know also very professional ! If I need to do it again ... I would definitely us BOOK EZ!! My son received his car yesterday! No bumps no damage and still looked just as clean as the day it was picked up!
