Big Ben's auto Transport was friendly and persistent when it came to taking your business.  This company is so unprofessional and customer service was dreadful. Who answers a company phone saying hello. I wasn't sure I called the right place. I also want to point out no one that is looking to transport their vehicle should have to place a deposit before knowing what you're getting. I don't care if the price was cheaper I'm not driving 30 mins away from my drop off location. This was the worst communication I have ever came across in a company. FYI just because you assigned a driver doesn't mean it's dispatched. It's dispatched once picked up and/or during delivery. And if it's not where we agreed to begin with people should be able to receive a refund. Just know what you're getting before you pay anything.
