First of all, I was shocked by the sheer number of brokers contacting me to provide this service. Alex was the first person to actually pick up the phone and talk to me about my needs. He was very professional, obviously hungry for business and was not pushy at all. I chose to list my request with Alex while exploring other options to make sure I was getting a good deal.
It became very clear Alex was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. My request was quite absurd and Alex found a way to make it all work. (literally communicating via text over the weekend to iron out logistics) Truly impressive work and I wish him the best. I will be using him in the future and recommend him to my friends and family.
