Kate was very helpful and thorough in coordinating my vehicle transport. However, there was a last-minute change that interrupted my plans, she was helpful in reassuring me that my car would be transported safely. There was an increase in my total later, but that was because my car had to be assigned to a new driver. I would definitely give Kate 5-stars because she was really patient, understanding, and cooperative, but I would rate my experience 3-stars overall because of the last-minute changes and price increase.
