I was very happy with the service from Autolog. I dropped my car off at the terminal in NJ and the car arrived in CA 18 days later a few hours after the estimated time.
I bought the guarenteed arrival insurance as well, but that wasn't needed since it arrived the day it was predicted.
The only reason I didn't rate it as "excellent" is that there should have been a way to track the car's progress online by confirmation number. That would have given me more peace of mind.
Otherwise, the service was perfect and the car got to me in the same condition as I had sent it off.
