You have heard the term "she's a jewel" - well Elsie at ATC is THE crown jewel. After a wait of over a month in trying to transport a vehicle from Virginia to Oregon with another carrier, she not only explained the logistic problems of transporting vehicles between the East and West coasts, but took the initiative to find a carrier for me even though I had not given her any deposit.

Not only did she find a carrier, the carrier performed! And, ATC kept me informed at all times of what was going on concerning the changing delivery times/date (which was sooner than the orignal 10 days.)

Elsie also took it upon herself to find a person who would accept delivery for me on the west coast (in another city) and then went so far as to find another carrier (for which she did not get a fee) to transfer the automobile further south (from Portland, OR. into Southern Oregon.) This was above and beyond all expectations!

ATC and especially Elsie went that extra mile for me. After dealing with a company who could not deliver; did not answer phone messages; tired to extend delivery dates; etc. Elsie and ATC were a real breath of fresh air into an industry that needs more companies like ATC and Elsie.
