Shannon was great to work with and always did what she said she would. She did her job beautifully. She is an asset to your company. The website to track my car, that was promised never worked and was unavailable to me. The drivers phone number was given and was useless because he didn't return one call the entire 8 days of having my car. The reason given for no return call was that he was driving. The 8th day I got a call from a completely different person and he said they wee partner drivers and rode together (so someone could have answered my calls).
The car was delivered late and Shannon was a delight to work with.
