Felicia at ASG responded promptly to my initial inquiry & provided me with a quote for vehicle shipping that was solid and never changed. There were no hidden fees or charges. Once in contract, Felicia kept me informed by phone and text message as to the pick up and delivery dates, Great overall customer service. The vehicle was dirty when received, but that was to be expected with an open transport in the winter. One car wash and the dirt was gone and the car looked just like it did when loaded on the truck.
