First of all Denise was extremely helpful, my car was delivered almost in exactly 7 days. For the future I will double check the phone numbers for the driver, but always get the driver's cell phone number at pickup. The biggest issue for me was finding out that my car was scratched by a tree branch, it can't be blamed on anyone, but if possible I will try and get the car covered by some kind of plastic cover. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and I recommend Auto Shippers America.
