Assigned truck had several problems along way

The company overall was good.
Observations:
1. The truck had problems both before pickup and during trip, was delayed. The truck was far from reliable, so you just don't know what you're getting with any company.
2. The driver was very courteous - no problems.
3. Delivery was not door-to-door because of the truck not having running lights that worked. Inconvenient.
4. The people @ the 'Angels' office were helpful, but did have to wait each time I called for assistance.
5. The e-mail tracking system on the website did not work.
6. "Angels' was better than a previous company I had tried to work with, Abby auto Transport - much better - but would shop around before choosing them again.
