Deena and the staff at Angels were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I was originally told that a driver was assigned on the same day that my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up at the dealership; however Angels let me know in advance that the assigned driver had some problems and wouldn't be able to pick it up on the appointed day. However, they had an immediate replacement driver and there was absolutely no delay in picking up my new car. They even picked it up on a saturday, which is above and beyond in my opinion. The car arrived with no damage caused by transport, and the drivers, Tony and Bill, were friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent to deal with. The ONLY problem that I had was I didn't receive a call when the car had been picked up, however I am willing to overlook this small oversight as the whole Angels team has been top notch to deal with - especially since my car was delivered a whole 3 days ahead of Angel's estimate! I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.
