I was supposed to drop my vehicle off at a terminal in Federal Way, Washington. When in booked with AMA (broker) and OK Transport (carrier) I was very explicit that the only time I would be able to drop off the vehicle was early morning, around 3-4a and I was assured that this would not be a problem.

The day before I was to deliver the vehicle, I called OK to arrange drop off and was told that if I wanted to drop it off at that time, I would have to "Leave it in front of the Teriyaki place with the key in the tailpipe." Obviously, as this would violate my insurance policy in every way possible, I was not willing to do so. I ended up having to call distant relatives of a friend of mine and thankfully, this elderly couple was willing to make almost and hour and a half drive (each way) to drop of my vehicle, since I had to catch my flight at 7:30 that morning.

The reps at AMA all assured me that they would call OK and work something out, however, at 5:00pm they all went home and I was left without a solution to the problem. I never received a response to a subsequent email and further calls only yielded cries of "it's your problem now, our hands are tied."

Oh, did I mention that AMA conveniently ignored the original delivery date specified to me (verbally, of course) and told me that their records showed a scheduled date of 4 days later? I know this is absurd because a representative from the carrier even said that the truck was running way behind schedule.

All in all this was a horrible experience on my part. I received next to nothing in the way of customer service from both OK Transport and Angels Moving Autos.

To all customers reading this review: All I can say is this customer is lying way beyond any lies I have yet to see since I have been shipping cars. OK Auto is one of the best carriers we use, and they were bending over backwards to accommodate this gentlemen in every way possible. His claim of a 4 day delivery is not accurate, his order clearly states that it would be delivered 8 days later. Our office has reviewed all the notes in
