Jennifer answered all my questions and acted as a great intermediate between the shipping company and driver. She answered all my questions and got my 2 trucks shipped shortly after my earliest pickup date. They shipped on an open truck, and I was very happy with the service. The driver was a little late on the pickup (by 4 hours) but the driver made great time though and got me my trucks cross country in 3 days (WA to KY). The driver kept me informed during the pickup and notified me a few hours before delivery. Very smooth process! Would ship with them again!
