I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Maleah at AmeriFreight. She answered all my questions and found me a good car carrier within a day of my decision to use AmeriFreight. She is knowledgeable, professional and has a kind, calm attitude. She assured me she would stay with me all the way through to the delivery of my car & that I could contact her at any time if there were any problems or concerns. She made sure my car was delivered to me and was texting me and emailing me through out the process & responded quickly to my emails & texts. I greatly appreciated having the same contact person from the beginning to the end. It’s not often you receive customer service with someone who is not only professional but also has a warm, calm, caring attitude. Maleah isn’t just doing a job. She cares about her customers. I felt in good hands with Maleah & AmeriFreight. Thank you very much for transporting my car safely from Los Angeles to Oregon! ??
