Rosie was very accommodating and understanding. My pickup and drop off were timely, smooth and everything I could have asked for. I was a bit nervous because I scheduled the pickup 4 weeks in advance and didn't get a committed carrier company and driver until the day before the pickup, but it all went smoothly.
