It was our first time shipping a car and Kallie was super helpful and patient and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous and asked a lot of questions. I was supposed to talk with Leticia but she was busy when we called back so I talked to Kallie instead. I’m glad because Kallie was honestly kinder and way more patient than Leticia who we spoke to another day. Thank you!
