Well done AmeriFrieght. This was a great experience! I could connect with my Customer Service Agent (Baylee Ivey) anytime I called and even more pleased to discover that she is simply wonderful to work with! Friendly, knowledgable, articulate and accessible...arranging a carrier with her was a pleasant experience through and through. I very much appreciate that she proactively reached out throughout the process to make sure pickup and delivery went smoothly as well! As for brass tacks, we contracted with a wonderful carrier. Our car arrived with no problems and in a timely manner. Communicating with the drivers directly was also hassle-free. I very much appreciate how smoothly this whole process took place from start to finish! Thank you!
