I enjoyed the service by AmeriFreight. They were able to get one agent to work with me for the most part (Virginia) and she was fantastic. The response times were relatively quick. My only comment would be for both the dispatcher and the carrier to inform the customer if he/she needs to drive the car a certain distance to meet the carrier (due to the large size of truck). Otherwise, we received our car in perfect condition.
