I will still give them a 4 stars despite multiple changes of an agent because my car reached its destination in one piece. The first two Amerifreight agents that assisted me did not give me full details on what to know and do. I availed their service a month ahead expecting an ease in transaction but that did not happen because I was not made aware that no pick-up happens during weekends and that it is most ideal to save 5 possible pick-up dates. I was informed of these information two days from my set pick-up schedule, it was stressful but Brandy my last Amerifreight agent helped me thru it; if she was only my agent from the beginning i would have rated 5 stars. Special mention also to the driver Oleg, he is very professional.
