the customer service was very friendly and helpful, they made a great deal with the carrier and because the delivery of my car was delayed i was obliged to pay less than 50% of amount owed to the carrier (too bad i had to spend the money anyway due to the damage done by the carrier - Sawgrass Auto Transport). overall i'm very pleased with the service, especially that my calls were always promptly returned and helpful.
