Thank You AM/PM

I contacted many transport companies and even tried UShip. UShip was a HUGE disappointment and you have to be careful because they DO NOT ferret out unlicensed and uninsured drivers. Criminals even set up accounts and simply drive away with your stuff never to be seen again. Might not be an issue on a bedroom set, but I was shipping an Artic Cat Wildcat X and the theft value is about an 11 on a 10 scale. The quotes I got from UShip were high. I had one other transport company actually quote less, and they were right on the money as far as returning calls, etc as Scott was at AM/PM. I paid about $50 more for AM/PM. I researched carefully and read one or two negative reviews. Out of thousands of shipments, you can't please them all and some people just cannot be pleased no matter what. Scott and I talked about this as I once worked for a big company and had 55 guys under me. I had to apologize for all their screw ups too. So if one or two bad drivers screw something up and get fired (or removed from their list of drivers) the review stays online forever. I get that. I wanted to give them an honest chance and a positive review if possible.

So how did they do? Well, I arranged Friday late in the day and the pick up was scheduled for Tuesday. Pretty quick. When the driver never showed or called, I thought, "%$#@*, I should have known!" I called Scott and he immediately answered and apologized. All the driver had to do was make a 2 minute phone call and say, "traffic, weather, a delivery took longer, or I timed out on my allowable hours to drive," or any excuse and all would have been fine. Things happen, I understand.

The driver picked up the very next day and my Artic Cat was delivered that night at 9:45 roughly 450 miles to my door. Now that, is service! In the scheme of things, I got my new toy EARLIER than expected. One phone call would have made for a perfect review. I would use them again and they did a great job. Thank you Scott (AM/PM) and Medo (the driver). Sorry for the long winded response.
