My experience with this company was nothing but positive. I contacted the company after having no luck with U Ship, and doing research on other transport companies. I was very, very leery of being scammed by such companies. I had been warned by several of the companies that I contacted against other companies, in an effort to get me to book with their company. I was confused, apprehensive, and was scared to trust any of them. After speaking with Irene at Allstar, she explained the process to me thoroughly, and really put my mind at ease. She was confident that they would be able to find someone to transport my truck for a reasonable price, and in a timely manner. The company worked hard to find someone who would transport such a heavy load within a couple of days of me booking. They took the worry and the hassle out of everything. They communicated all the necessary information to to driver for me. All I had to do was to pay the driver the balance upon delivery. Everything was quick and painless. Since then i have used this company one more time. Everything went smoothly as promised. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend them to everyone else who needs such services. Great job, and great people!
