Horrible service

I was in contact with a guy call Alex for the arrangement. He was the selected trucker through my broker, but I had experienced the worst customer service in my entire life. Long story short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. You will never get the pick-up on time. If you don't keep calling him, your car will never be delivered on time unless you are willing to waste your time to keep calling this trucker. He tells you the ETA, but it's a lie. In fact, I had to wait three days at home waiting for the trucker to show up.
