I have had terrible experiences transporting my vehicle in the past- so I was cautious not to make the same mistakes. I was willing to pay a little extra (it was only $50 more than the lowest quote I could find sifting through several other auto-transport services) for a BBB accredited company. When I researched them on BBB's website, I liked the fact that they were in excellent standing and had resolved all complaints on record.

Agape processed my order very swiftly and gave me an idea of what to expect during each phase of pickup, transit, and delivery. Agape lined me up with "Coast to Coast Auto Transport," which was also BBB certified and in excellent standing. THis was a great relief, since the previous auto transport broker I used lined me up with a terrible place called "Tonne Trucking" out of Tenessee, who only after the problems they caused for me did I realize that they had 39 unresolved complaints against them on BBB' record (and that was in 2005). Yes, this is why I keep bringing up BBB; it would have saved me so much grief and headache.

In any case, Agape Auto Transport (as a broker) and Coast to Coast Auto Transport (as a carrier) have earned my trust and respect. They were professional, courteous, patient, and informative. They maintained excellent communication with me during the fulfillment of my order, and actually delivered my car two days EARLIER than they had estimated. I couldn't have been more pleased. I sincerely feel they deserve any and all business this postive review might accord them with, and intend to use them for my future transport needs. I would give my unreserved recommendation to anyone who is looking to ship a vehicle.
