I read a number of reviews of various companies by customers on the Transport Reviews web site and chose four top rated companies that were possibiities. I called each company and, after speaking with a customer service preson at each, decided to go with Ace Auto Movers. Traci at Ace was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered the phone promptly. The price she provided for moving my daughter's Geo Prizm from California to Pennsylvania was the least expensive of the companies that received excellent reviews on the Transport Reviews web site. The drivers who picked up the car were pleasant but were one day late in arriving for the pickup. This was not a problem for my daughter since she was not on a tight schedule and could remain in CA for several days after the pickup. Even though the quote from Ace was for an uncovered carrier, the truck which arrived was covered, an added and unexpected bonus. The car arrived in good shape in Pennsylvania 4 days (!!!) after leaving CA. All in all the experience with Ace was great and we would definitely use them again.
