Before ALT, I was Scheduled/reserved with BT autotransport. (details will be provided in different review about them). After a month that our car was not picked up by BT, I had to ask quote from other carriers.
Faye, the representive from ALT Logistics, replied my Email immediately for a quote and found a reason why no one picked up our car from BT. Before I placed order with Faye, he also helped to contact the driver for me. So I cancelled BT and went with ALT.
The car was pickup and delivered immediately and on time as he promised. (I heard "no guarantee" hundreds times from BT)

Such car shipping business is like an one time service. Only those companies honest with customers should be referred and remain in this industry. I strongly recommand people to do business with them. :)

Hey Connie, That was so kind of you. I know you were stressed and I am sorry that BT was not as kind to you as we were. Also, AFT is the company but we don't mind being called ALT, just as long as you were happy. Have a great Summer and Fall and call me if you need me again. Faye :)
