This is the first time we have had to ship a vehicle and I was very apprehensive. I received many quotes by email and it was almost overwhelming weeding through the companies and quotes to find the right one. Prices varied greatly as well. My choice was based on good customer reviews and the Online BBB information on the reputation and satisfaction of the companies. Each company I was interested in I went through this checking process. AFT Logistics had no bad reviews and no complaints with the BBB. When I contacted them by email I received an email back promptly answering my many questions. I also contacted them by phone and their staff was courteous and very informative. Our vehicle needed transported about as far as it could possibly go.....from Winter Park, Florida to Portland, Oregon. I found AFT Logistics pricing to be very competitive. Not the most expensive nor the least expensive. Having our SUV delivered safe was very important to us, so price was just one factor. Andrew with AFT Logistics gave us a day and time for pick-up. He called to confirm and answered my additional quesitons.

A deposit of $45 was required and the driver was scheduled. Ralph, the driver, called with a time and arrived a few minutes early, gave a complete inspection of our vehicle; loaded the SUV and off he went. He seemed very competent which made me feel comfortable as we said goodbye to our SUV for the long journey. My son met Ralph in Portland 9 days later with the delivery of the SUV to our condo. He called to give a time and made that schedule as well. He had originally told us that he thought he would be there a couple days early - but I knew that day was very optomistic at best. My son received the SUV without incident. No scrapes or scratches. Everything in tack!! Certified funds were paid and our SUV is now in it's new home in Portland.

I am very happy with our choice of companies. We would not hesitate to call AFT Logistics in the future. They were everything they promised and then some. Andrew was great to work with and very helpful as well. Ralph, the driver, did a great job in making sure our SUV arrived safe and sound. Can't ask for much more than that!!! I don't think you will be dissapointed in choosing AFT Logistics.
