It was extemely refreshing to stumble across AFT (Faye in particular). While the whole team was very polite and professional, Faye received my call on a Saturday afternoon and had my car picked up by Tuesday in Indiana and delivered in Cali Saturday. The drivers stayed in contact and had my vehicle safe annd sound right on time. This after a confrontational dealing with Nationwide Transport. Nationwide continually missed scheduled pickup times and never bothered to contact me. In fact, their representative (His name was Wil) flat out admitted that they lied to customers regarding truck availability just to get my deposit...after that, I was not a priority. He also stated that all of the companies did the same. ABSOLUTELY FALSE WIL!!! AFT was quite the opposite. I only wish I would have choosen AFT first...but that is a common theme in their reviews. Again, thank you...thank you for showing that in a time where customer service is slowly disappearing, it can still be found. Sure makes you appreciate a good thing. I will use no other carrier!
