I was extremely pleased with the entire process of transporting our car through this particular carrier. It was our first experience using an auto transport and I had heard many horror stories relating to this event. However, both Matt and Hank were extremely professional, informative and reassuring concerning all my questions and reservations.
The car was picked up within a reasonable amount of time from our stated availability and was delivered across country within 3 days.
Everything in the car was intact and there was no damage to the outside.
The destination firm here in Colorado, Diamond Express Transportation, was also extremely professional, friendly and helpful when the car arrived.
I would highly recommend A Ace Automobile Transport and Diamond Express for auto transport.
