As first time vehicle shippers, my family was doubtful and uncomfortable with the original process. Montway was available for communication and true to their word. Our vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion and delivered on time. It was dirty (to be expected from the trip). when my son washed his car he found some damage from the carrier on the roof. Montway followed through with 1Transportation and made sure they paid for the damage. 1Transportation made good on our claim and our car will be repaired. We would definitely use Montway again. They are a stand up company.
