After being conned by another shipping broker over the weekend, Mark responded to my cry for help first thing (7:00 a.m.) on Monday morning. I had already missed my early flight home with my family from Florida to California, and I wanted to find something ASAP. He assured me that he would do his best, and even sent me an email with my "position on the board" to ease my mind that he was, in fact, the real deal. He was aggressive with the quote, per my request, and was able to find a transport within a few hours, my van was on the truck in just a few more hours, and I made it home to CA that night.
