All I can say is WOW!! I have never shipped a vehicle before and went online to investigate. Auto Shipping Group and Felicia had great reviews so I gave her a call and decided to place my reservation with her. She was great throughout the whole process and kept me informed from beginning to end. I have a Ford F-150 pick-up truck that I needed transported from south Florida to north Louisiana. The original quote was for $950 and Felicia was able to assign my truck to a carrier that transported it for a total cost of $757!! The driver had a very nice truck and was friendly and professional. I could not be any happier. I am on a fixed income & every little bit of savings helps!
I couldn’t believe how quick the entire process was. I placed my order with her on 11/17, the order was dispatched on 11/17, the driver picked up the truck on the 18th and delivered it on the 19th! I was delighted to have such speedy service, as I needed the truck shipped quickly. I may have another vehicle that I need shipped & will definitely call Felicia direct!! Thank you so much for everything!
