I contacted Ship A Car Direct after checking out many truck hauling brokers on-line. I read many customer reviews and also went to the Better Business Bureau's website where auto haulers are rated. I had my initial contact with Gaby who was very helpful and directed me to their on-line videos which too were very helpful. I accepted their bid. Gaby contacted me in Florida a day later to let me know they had found a trucker for me and it wasn't long before I heard from the trucker, Joe with Fast Track Transport LLC. He contacted me about loading my car which was at an auto body shop in Sioux City Iowa, where it had been repaired after I hit a deer on my drive to Florida from Canada. Joe estimated he would have the vehicle to me in Florida in five or six days. Instead he had the car to me on the fourth day. I was very pleased with the car on arrival and with Joe who was a very courteous individual. He had to unload the car at another nearby location, as he couldn't get the big truck into my residential area due to low trees but he came and picked me up in my car and them I drove him back to his truck. I was very satisfied with Ship A Car Direct. Gaby did everything she said she would, and put me together with a very professional driving team.
