#1. I was a little upset about the first shipment process as it took about 2 and Half weeks to pick my car up from AZ and when I asked why it was taking so long they told me I needed to add more money to intice someone to pick it up. That was a little frustrating but it turned that the car was pick a couple days later. **
#2. The second car on the other had was picked up 2 days after I placed the order which I was really happy about because it was coming all tha way across country and it only took 5 days to get here. *****
Over all I would use this company again and would say the Custmer Service was good but a bit direct. Lol.
