I needed a pickup for shipment in a narrow time frame. Nick worked with me to ensure we could coordinate pick up on short notice. I was provided all the information I needed, including the driver's cell phone number. The original estimate for shipping my car to California from Chicago was 5 days, but it was delivered in 4. My driver let me know when he would arrive to drop off the car of and he was within 20 minutes of when her told me. My car was naturally dirty after traveling 2000 miles on the back of a truck, but a quick visit to the car wash soon took care of that. My car was undamaged. This worked out really well for me as I was moving and only had a 48 hour window during which I could turn over my car. Thanks to Nick and Webster Relocation for a great job.
