Needed transport from Sunnyvale, CA to Milwaukee, WI for a car purchased on eBay. Went to Direct Express Auto Transport website and got my instant quote... did not have to wait for an email response or wait on hold on the phone for a quote. I thought the $904 quote by D.E.A.T. for a more than 2000 mile transport was very reasonable, so I booked immediately and indicated that the car was available for pick-up beginning the next day. Booking was very simple and hassle-free... just filled in the needed information at D.E.A.T. website and submitted credit card info. The next day received an email from D.E.A.T. that the car was assigned to a carrier and would be picked up in 3 days, with estimated delivery 7 days after pick-up... I was very pleased with the quick turn of events. Car was picked up on the indicated day. Transport driver called me in 4 days that he planned to deliver the the next day (i.e., 2 days ahead of original estimate) and we worked out a drop-off point where he could safely park his 18-wheeler to off-load my car. I appreciated that the driver was very courteous and accomadating to my schedule and needs. The driver arrived at the appointed time, just as we had arranged, and dropped off the car at a parking lot 1 mile from my house. I drove to meet him, could not find a helper to get the car home, and the driver went the extra mile to help me get the car to my house by following me in my car as I drove home, then I drove him back to his 18-wheeler. I paid him the balance due in cash for which he was appreciative. Driver was not pushy or in a hurry, could not be better! The whole transport process went very smoothly and I could not be more pleased with the results. I would definitely use D.E.A.T. again.
