I’ve got a new job and needed to ship my mini van to Phoenix AZ from Winston-Salem NC, almost from coast to coast. Of course, the first thing that I needed to do was to find a company, and it was not that difficult to narrow down the shipping among tons and chose later Auto Shipping Company, Inc. based on its best quote and excellent review. But this was not it. There were many important information that I should be aware of, and it was given so easily, kindly and professionally by Felicia. For example, as a foreigner, I still always find the phone conversation difficult to understand, but Felicia was there for me, kindly and accurately explaining the terms that I didn’t quite understand, sometimes even the meaning of the word. She also provided all the information to me via email, text and phone, but it was so professionally done that it never bothered me at all. In addition, she was always there for me even during the weekend. On Friday, I had this important question that I needed to know rather hurriedly and texted her Friday night. It was over 10pm, but she kindly answered my questions really clearly and kindly one step at a time. I am not easily satisfied on any, and I think of myself as the perfectionist. But, I’ve never seen someone like Felicia and had 100% satisfaction. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fast, kind, precise and professional service in auto shipping.
