This is a long review but, well worth taking a minute to read:

I had to ask for my contract four times to ensure that the move was confirmed.
The driver was several hours late he would not give me an ETA for delivery to the end destination....

The driver said that he needed cash payment or certified funds / cashier’s check. Payment arrangements had already been arranged with Premium Auto using a credit card. The driver insisted that I pay him (this was mid move as I drove from CA to TX). Also a very rude dispatch manager from Premium Auto called me and accused me of refusing to pay! They already hadd my credit card!

The car arrived at the end destination far earlier than I did and so the Driver called me and we agreed to leave it in my driveway. When I arrived at our destination hours later, MY CAR HAD A FLAT TIRE

I immediately called the driver who of course denied there was a flat tire. He went on to say that he was now hundreds of miles away and there was nothing he could do. I suggested that he call a local company to come out to fix it and he of course would not do that.

So, I called the sales rep. Henry Jordan who NEVER RETURNED ONE CALL OR EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE!!!!!! He was apparently fired (the owner of the company told me this) and nobody at the company followed up with me! It is also worth mentioning that the driver & his company returned just one of 8 calls and texts over a two week period. They left me a message saying “so, you are complaining…. Go put air in your tire!…. We don’t cover tires, you won’t be paid by our insurance but call us and maybe we can refund you for the air in the tire….this message was left almost two weeks after the car was delivered; did they think I just left it there flat so they could fix it???

*****After I posted this review, my phone blew up with calls from Premium Auto Movers***

Essentially after three very nasty and confrontational calls, *****I WAS OFFERED $100 TOO REMOVE THIS REVIEW**** I was told in no uncertain terms that I would not be given any info about how to file a claim until this review was taken down. The owner of the company finally agreed to send the insurance info to me and never did! Instead, he sent me a link to this review site.......so I would take the review down and then he would help with my claim.

EXTORTION is defined as: the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats. Synonyms: blackmail.

Several days later when I refused to take the review down, they claimed that I was not a customer and that my review was false!!!!!! They contacted this web site and said that I was not a customer, so, I gave proof that I was and now finally, here is the truth for all to read.

THINK VERY HARD BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH LOW LIVES.
