i contracted with this company to transport my car from Georgia to Oregon. After over three weeks they couldn't get the job done. During that time they had two drivers that were dispatched then backed out. For the second driver they told me he would only do it for $100 more than the original agreed upon price. Even after agreeing to the increased price nothing happened.That didn't stop them from charging my credit card a $100 even though they were only supposed to charge their fee when the car was picked up. I requested a refund , but have not received it. As a result I have filed a dispute with my credit car company to have the charge reversed.Whenever I contacted them I was always assured the car would be picked up on a specific date, which obviously never happened. On one set of paperwork they emailed they even had the wrong model of car listed. Ultimately I went with another company and the car was picked up four days later. Lesson learned.

Mr. Reuker I apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred. Of course, Mr. Reuker was given updates day to day about the status of his order, even after letting him know that no drivers were in his area, *He lives in a remote area in Oregan, which is why we recommended him to offer more money to the driver. Our company policy, as it's been for every single customer we have has always paid the deposit once the driver is dispatched, he was FULLY refunded. We do apologize we were never able to help you on your move.
