I was quoted $210 to ship my car, I gave a deposit of $100 to Fast Track and was told that I needed to pay the driver $110 when the car showed up. Andy told me the car would ship within a few days, the car shipped about 10 days later. When the driver unloaded the car I my wife was told she needed to pay $160. She paid the driver the $160 because I was not home. I contacted Andy the next Monday via e-mail and asked why the price was $50 more than I was quoted. He did reply, told me he had no idea why and he needed to contact the driver to find out why the price was more.... I did not receive a response for a few days, sent another e-mail, did not receive a reply. Over the next few days I sent e-mails that were ignored. I then tried to call, when I did get through to Fast Track I was asked my name and put on eternal hold. I would try to call back and would go directly to voicemail.... Finally after about 50 tries I got ahold of Andy. He said they have not been able to get a hold of the driver. We also exchanged a few unpleasant words, I was upset. About 10 min after I got off of the phone with Andy I called the truck driver, asked him if anyone from Fast Track has tried to get in contact with him. He said no! His contract from Fast Track was for $160, not $110 as Andy told me.... I would not let this company move a manure bucket let alone a car... They lied to me repeatedly .... Do not trust them.
