I am very happy with how Ship A Car Direct handled our car transport from CA to CT. They were very straight forward, friendly, and responsive to our needs. I changed the schedule a number of times and they accommodated my changes. They quickly found us a carrier and were able to meet our requested dates. My car was superficially damaged (the paint was chipped) during the cross country transport (not the fault of Ship a Car Direct). The carrier was very difficult and unresponsive in dealing with my claim. Ship A Car Direct helped me with my claim and ensured that the matter was satisfactorily resolved. I think Ship A Car Direct is a friendly, honest company that is very interested in providing top notch customer service. I researched a lot of companies on the internet and was nervous about using Ship A Car direct because you never know who you are dealing with. I can attest to the fact that they are who they purport to be in their various videos and on their website. Such a pleasant surprise! Good people.
