Service good but be warned

Overall, I am satisfied with the delivery of my Westfalia from Ontario to BC. but I do want to warn other customers about the disappearance of some personal items from inside my van enroute. I was aware that MVS states that they do not accept responsibility for any items left inside, however, I feel something is not right here. The van is supposed to be locked during its journey, except to the driver. My van only had one change of drivers in Edmonton. Yet at least 4 items stored in different cupboards inside the van were obviously looked through and removed by someone. It is not a good feeling, I felt violated. The items are not hugely valuable- I took anything of that nature out of the van beforehand, but they have meaning to me and replacing them will be expensive and time-consuming. So I would recommend MVS to others, but add a strong warning about the possibility of losing personal items in the bargain.
